Red Bay Brewery is part of the Bru4U group of companies which was the first to open a brew on premise Microbrewery in Queensland. The new store at Cleveland was foundered by a husband and wife team Jeffrey and Saori. Whilst people have been brewing beer for over 7,000 years, brew-on-premise has only recently emerged as an alternative to buying beer from a major brewery, or battling to brew your own at home. read more
